Last night, while I was perched backwards on a tricycle in the dining room so I could comfortably look directly into my baby's eyes and rub his back and reassure him that sometimes pooping is scary and sometimes pooping hurts but pooping is always good and never embarrassing, a clarinet fell off the radiator and crashed down on our heads and we both cried and now I have one of those goose eggs on the back of my neck that makes my front teeth hurt when I push down on it.
This is my life. Srsly.

Was he pooping in a diaper or a potty? Either way, I giggled myself silly.
Potty, but not doing such a good job with the pooping. He was doing so well for so long, but now he's been backed up for five days. It's going to be murder when that finally unleashes.
bless his heart! I too grinned a bit thinking of you having to have a pooping talk with your son. About how it sometimes hurts but is always good. And then I thought....why was there a clarinet on the radiator?
some people have a baby grand, some have an upright bass, we do what we can with what we got to show how sophisticated and classy we is.
I'll make you some dentures when all your teeth come out; so don't worry, you're covered.

I agree. Sometimes pooping is scary.
Ohmigawd, Lora, that was the best laugh I've had in days. Probably only another mom of a 2.5 year old terror could grasp the hilarity. *snort* Sorry bout your goose egg though. Stop pushing on it.
