Perhaps if you had a glass of dandelion wine every so often, you would build up a tolerance for the flowers. It's worth a try. (Twice as good would be to read Ray Bradbury's novel while drinking the wine of the same name.)
WHAT?! These are great, I love the last one so much. your boy is so sensitive and smart and lovely. I wish my boy could be in his class so they could be friends because i worry about kids these days.
Anyway, these dandelions, they totally remind me of my Fargo childhood, I used to get so mad when they would pluck them, calling them WEEDS! I thought 'how can something so beautiful be detested?' of course young mind probably didn't know the word 'detested' but you get the picture.

if it wasn't for dandelions and violets, i'd have never have gotten flowers.
Those are the only kind of flowers I get.
Allergic? To dandelions? How? How sad.
Jake's got a good eye for the world, though. Not surprising, given who he comes from!
The best thing about dandelions is that you can turn them into wine. I'll bet you wouldn't be allergic to THAT.
You can eat them a salad.
Who knew weeds could be so pretty?
ME!
Good job, Jake.
I'm pretty much allergic to any and all weeds, but I still take them and hide them when my daughter picks them. Cute pictures!

I love these!
They make the prettiest bouquets though! I wish ours were blooming...it is still too cold and wet here...ho hum
